We are currently seeking a Project Director to head high-rise projects in Mumbai, India,. The company currently based in India have formed a joint venture to construct various high-rise buildings. The company will bring in the expertise of high-rise construction, RCC and steel, and the ability to execute large scale buildings.

The role will entail the following:
Focus on productivity increase, waste reduction, asset durability & usage maximization for High Rise Building Construction Projects
Contract / Technical Audit of Sites to come up with improvements / action plans
Customer interaction in above respects as may be necessary

Requirements:
Degree qualified Civil Engineer
Previous experience working on contracting side, with commercial awareness
The candidate must be fluent in English, with at least 10 years high-rise construction experience.
Previous overseas experience, preferably in the Sub-Continent or Middle East.
