Offshore Pipeline Engineers

This International company is one of the world's largest and most innovative pipeline and subsea engineering and management contractors, with over 25 years experience, and more than 900 professional staff in 10 worldwide offices. They are currently seeking Offshore Pipeline Engineers for various positions across the Middle East. To be successful you must have some or all of the following:

Degree qualified, preferably in civil or mechanical engineering
Must have been involved in subsea pipelines, risers, and with some experience of related platform interfacing
Experience should include the following design activities: pipeline mechanical design; pipeline stability; spanning analyses; crossings; routing; spoolpiece and riser analysis, shore approaches.
Familiar with cost estimating and scheduling
Must be able to communicate clearly and write professional reports
Must be able to operate independently and, at senior levels, supervise others.
Work may include client interfacing; business acquisition skills will be considered an advantage.

A basic understanding of the following other disciplines would also be useful: mechanical equipment / structural design / process/ electrical / instrumentation / control systems / health and safety / risk analysis.
