One of the world's top global consulting and engineering services firm focusing on energy, infrastructure and the environment markets is currently seeking a Pipeline Designer for their office in Oman. This International company operates globally in 45 countries and employs over 7,300 experts.

The successful candidate must have has a minimum a HND or Diploma in Engineering. You must have previous experience on oil, gas and power projects within a design consultancy having specific experience of pipeline system designs, alignment and route layout, pipeline hydraulics and process diagrams, engineering GA’s and detailed drawings.

Ideally you should have experience working within an ISO 9001 QA environment and be proficient with AutoCAD. Field experience in construction and commissioning is preferred and you must show computer literacy with MS Office applications. SHELL Group experience is preferred although not essential.

Your specific role will include:

· providing pipeline engineering drawings to oil & gas and power projects.
· liaising with senior designers or discipline engineers regarding technical inputs / outputs.
· planning tasks so as to meet delivery schedules.
· producing presentable and technically correct drawings to meet defined schedules.
