You will be degree qualified in a civil engineering subject, with a specialisation in public health engineering or similar. All candidates must show experience working on 2 previous overseas assignments at Team Leader / Project Manager level. A knowledge of design and construction supervision related to water supply, drainage and wastewater schemes is required with the ability to carry out project management and contract management in accordance with FIDIC conditions of contract.

You must be capable of integrating and leading a team consisting of other Expat and Local staff, and be customer-oriented with previous client liaison. A general job specification consists of the following:

· Assistance with the preparation of proposals and presentations
· Responsibile for managing an international project at all stages of development including construction supervision
· Project controlling in respect of time, quality and cost
· Solving technical problems as and when they arise
· Directing multi-national project teams
· Negotiations with clients and international organisations
