This European Consultancy continues to grow in the urban development, transport, renewable energy and sustainable development sectors. With over half of their international business now coming from central and eastern Europe they are currently recruiting for experts in the above fields.

They currently seek a Rail Institutional Reform Expert with the following qualifications and skills for a 12 month assignment in Romania.

• A bachelors degree in social science, or similar.
• fluency in English language, both spoken and written.
• minimum 10 years of professional experience relating to the management in the transport sector.
• support to the development of institutions responsible for railway regulation (minimum experience 6 years).
• during the last five (5) years, you should have specific experience in at least 2 projects of a similar nature, targeting institutional reform in the transport sector within newly acceded EU countries.
• experience in human resources development.
• experience in establishment and development of responsible bodies for railway traffic.
