Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Resident Structural Engineer for one of their prestigious buildings in Dubai. You will be responsible for the following:

· Implement site quality assurance programme for structural and civil works.
· Plan and monitor work schedule for Assistant Structural Engineers and Engineering Inspectors.
· Review and approve structural shop drawings and engineering material submissions.
· Respond to contractors technical queries.

The building itself consists of a 100m tall office tower, with some retail at the top of podium level, along with a 230m tall residential tower that also runs over the office tower and includes residential apartments, serviced apartments, a hotel and amenities. A pool is located on the top of the office tower. The top level of the podium is landscaped with water features and a second pool.

To be successful you must be degree qualified in a relevant Engineering Degree (Bachelors / Masters) with a minimum of 15 years experience, some of which must include some high rise.
